Fingers crossed I took Cap 1 to court through MCOL last Mon & still hope to hear from them in approx 16 days time claiming £816 inc interest + £80 fees. As a further point I still have 1 more Cap 1 account & a Barclaycard acc to pass through the MCOL process this weekend.
Good luck to all & big pat on the back to Martin for all his help & tackling that horrid woman last last.

I've got someone on this thread who say this is separate from the bank test case.. credit cards are different (?????) I would like this to be true but I'm having difficulty believing this!
It's right, this case doesn't affect credit card claims - I phoned the FO this morning and they confirmed that cc claims with still be going ahead as before.0 -

Yes. If you dont know your account number, you just have to provide all your details to get all the statements.0 -

Yeah they do that but I think it's to give you a sense of false security I'm afraid - the rest of it doesn't go so smoothly or quickly..............0

Well!!! Capt one,!!! I waited three months for my statements, AND they cashed my £10 Cheque, I send a very nice letter 15 days ago asking for my money back, (giving 14 days to reply) or else, Lol...or I would go down the Court route, as you guess I haven't recieved anything back at present not even a letter, just silence, I will wait until end of next week, and go down the court route, which I believe we can still do, as it is a credit card claim.....Lilly May :cool:0
