We've all been beginners at one time toffeetommee, but with the help from this site we can all win against the big boys!:D
In answer to your question, yes you can claim back the last 6 years of charges and yes they will be paid against your debts and, you CAN win against the banks. I won against Nationwide. I have Balck Horse pending and am half way through with Capital One. :j Follow Martins guides and use the templates. Include interest (use Martiins calculator) and take revenge for the problems they've given you!:rotfl:
Good Luck. Hope that helps.0 -

I've just checked mycol and it has the above message - does anyone know what it means... it's been like this for 3 days now! I got the first piece of paperwork from mycol for this claim so I'm hoping it's just the website?
I couldn't get through on the telephone number for mycol so thought I'd see if anyone knew the answer on this site.

Hi all
Can anybody tell me what to do know. I was charged 300 by cap one credit card and they offered to repay me 170. I wrote back declining this and asked for the full 300 and to remove the default notice too.
I have now received a final letter of refusal and they qoute that the fsa havnt made it law to repay this money and that they offered 170 in good will..
Do i now proceede with court action or accept 170 . If i do proceede with court can i still ask for the default notice to be removed..
any advice will be apreciated
thanks0 -

Hi gang,
Got a letter only this morning offering, only part of the claim. They are offering me £308.00 which includes £20.00 they acknowledge I MAY have incurred!!
I am actually claiming £506.00 & £118.85 interest, totalling £624.85.
I'm starting to get a little nervous and am tempted to snatch & run.
What do you reckon guys, Barter or Scarper as they say?

You can't claim the interest unless you go to court. It is not the worst offer they could have made - it depends on how you feel about pursuing through Fo or court, because they will not pay up willingly. Going through FO myself with Crap1.0
