keep up the pressure on them they do pay out . GOOD LUCK EVERONE ONLY TOOK 4WEEKS FROM START TO FINNISH :T

I started MYCOL on the 13th July... So hopefully not long!
My other claims are still going despite starting them in February!

Well Done You.

Ive received the same letter this morning saying they are going to refund full amount :j :j :j .

They say that they are going to send the cheque within 14 days & are asking if I can let the court know that it has been settled.

But Ive read that its best to make sure you receive the cheque first.

What are you going to do or have you done?

Can you let me know that date when you receive yours please just so I can compare it to the date I receive mine?

im not going to say any thing to the court untill i have cheque and it has cleared. i will let you know when i get it and well done to you too :beer:

Where Capital One have now Defended after checking on the MCOL,What do I have to do now? Do I just wait to receive the cheque?

Is it ok to make sure I receive this first & then to phone the Courts to say its been settled even if I have received a Court date (Thats if I do) ?

it says they have defened by cap one as paid in full so all you have to do is when cheque clears call court and tell em they have paid you but wait till it clears first. well done

Did you win with barcaly card as they are the next ones im going after please let me know if you did
as im going on hols on the 30th till 20th aug and dont know weather to start mcol now due to me being away for three weeks do they always acknowledge and defend if so i have time to do it
