Sorry BankBandit,I dont know the answer to this one.

Im helping my partner claim from Barclays. The stage were at is after sending the 2nd Letter off asking for the money back & them replying with a letter stating that they are looking into it (The usual) he is now going to File for Court.

With the cheque buissness from Capital One I can see that on page 58,Beckied received her cheque a week later after receiving the letter that they are paying in full.So we should hopefully receive ours by end of next week. Yipee!

If you go to the Barclays Thread on here Im sure someone will get back to you. Good Luck.

  • Hi everyone,

    Newbie Alert!!!!

I sent my 1st letter to Cap one and received my statements as requested. I then sent my 2nd letter to the same address i.e. the Data Protction one. My question is: Is there another address I should have sent the 2nd letter to, or is it OK going back to the Data Protection address?? Only I sent my 2nd letter on the 8th July, today is the 19th July, awfully close to the 14 day deadline. Questions, Answers and criticisms all gratefully accepted.
