I see some sort of success in post 56 half the amount offered - I have received my statements to-day and have done my sums and claiming for my charges plus interest - letter printed and signed and will post recorded delivery tomorrow. I will be over the moon if I get the amount without interest but will try both.Saving in my terramundi pot £2, £1 and 50p just for me! :j0

CLYDESDALE BANK 2 CLAIMS 1 FOR £1529.00 & 1 FOR £835.50
I sent my first letter 31/01/07 received a reply 8/2/07. Standard letter about terms and conditions. Have written 2nd stage letters, don't know if I will send them as it all seems a bit scary. There doesn't seem to be much sucess in claiming back from C B0 -
You must send them - you are bound to win and I will be doing the same soon as they reply to mine too. The more the merrierSaving in my terramundi pot £2, £1 and 50p just for me! :j0

We are lucky as our Mortgage we paid off last year and this account was only used for standing orders direct debits etc and so I have now moved them this month to our other accounts so if they close the account then so be it - you can probably get a better deal elsewhere - look around this site - its magic and you will find all sorts of tips about better bank accounts/mortgages - I am claiming £1865.00 including interest but for scotland I doubt I will get this much
Bite the bullet and just go for itSaving in my terramundi pot £2, £1 and 50p just for me! :j0 -
As we are claiming from an address in Leeds can we claim more than the £750.00 and for six years monies? Does anyone know the answers out there please - I would dearly love to win this oneSaving in my terramundi pot £2, £1 and 50p just for me! :j0

Yes you can claim through an English address and for the 6 years.
Have a read of the Govan Law Centre link above.0 -
I don't have a very good credit rating but I am improving it. I don't think I could get another morgage elsewhere which is why I am stil banking with this bank. I don't know where to go to get advise. I was widowed a while ago and things got from bad to worse at that point, but like I say I am trying to solve things, it's hard.0

I am sorry but I am not very good at surfing or chatting. Where will I find the Govan Law Link? I have only claimed for 5 years back in my initial letters. Can I now claim 6 years back even though I have started my claim for 5 years?0
