Letters going in this week with claims for bank charges, know they will get stayed, but happy for them to be logged, two accounts amount to about £1200 so fingers crossed.Thanks to all the competition posters.0

Got a letter saying that they were refusing my claim and closing it within 8 weeks if they didn't hear from me, following the high court decision. So I've just sent the new letter today! We'll see what happens.0
