yes i claimed againest the clydesdale. they were one of the 1st to pay up with myself but i had to take them 2 court but within 14 days of filing the case in court they paid up.
Also am in the process of getting a default removed that they gave me for being overdrawn due to bank charges.

I'm still waiting, they rejected my hardship claim despite my being on benefits & disabled.
Surely someone has had some success with reclaiming from them?
I am waiting for over £2000 plus interest.0
