    I just thanked you when I wanted to quote the post. The ones in RED are the ones I am certain are claimable. Which bank?

    It might be worth asking what those charges not in RED are for(let them tell you that you can claim them so to speak).

    Hi I Was Wondering Are My Bank Allowed To Charge Me For Going Over My Overdraft Due To Their Fines? Ive Just Recieved A Letter Saying Im Over My Overdraft By 70 Quid Even Though I Have No Direct Debits Cheers

    Has Anyone Claimed Back Charges From The Clydesdale Bank. And How Were You Treated . Etc Time Wise Etc.

    evening

    yes i claimed againest the clydesdale. they were one of the 1st to pay up with myself but i had to take them 2 court but within 14 days of filing the case in court they paid up.

    Also am in the process of getting a default removed that they gave me for being overdrawn due to bank charges.

    I'm still waiting, they rejected my hardship claim despite my being on benefits & disabled.

    Surely someone has had some success with reclaiming from them?

    I am waiting for over £2000 plus interest.
