OK. Presuming you used our template, and/or have given them 14 days to reply and the 14 days are up, send the 2nd "Letter Before Action" letter, threatening court action in 14 days. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0

quote can Anyone Advise On Whot I Should Do ? unquote
go to the IC. (link in previous post to yours), read the thread. (you're not alone), and don't hold your breath while you wait.

As you can see from all the previous posts Clydesdale have been the worst bank, apart from perhaps Barclaycard, for not replying to SAR requests.
Apart from reporting to the ICO your best bet is camping on the door step of your local bank until they relent.0 -
Hi, I have been in the process of reclaiming my bank charges from Clydesdale Bank (£2300), after all the template letters I have sent and they have duly replid - I have received a letter today saying that as a 'good will favour' they will refund £200.
What do I do know as this is a ridiculously small amount. They have now placed my overdrawn account in the hands of a solicitor (who sent me the last letter)...
HELP needed :0
