If you have late payment charges on a mortgage you can claim those back.0 -

Yes, you need a more postive replyIn other words if they are saying wait another 4 weeks while we look into it, just send the next letter!

Thanks a lot for that. 1 more thing, I'm just doing the second letter and there's a bit that says - '..and therefore the [INSERT NAME OF COURT] court will rule in my favour..'. What do I put in here, ie what does he mean by the name of the court? Sorry if I'm being a bit blonde!
Thanks again0 -
I sent a letter requesting statements to Barclays and received them back, then I sent the next letter asking for charges back and received a letter yesterday (2 days before the 14 day request) saying that they were sorry i am unhappy and will be back in touch with me by 26th Feb...should i now send them a letter thretening court action?0

Hi,
I was wandering if anyone could tell me there experiances of Barclays Bank whenn you have been deeling with them. Like how long did it take from start to finish and any success stories as to be honest with you there doesn't seem to be alot of success stories in the success thread. Now going by how awful barclays are for charges, i find this hard to believe....
