They did reply. I got a letter back saying they're looking into it. Or do you mean I need a positive reply?0 -

Hi
Can someone help..? Can i claim my charges back even though they are very new..? HSBC have wrecked my account and have charged me £250 since 1st Jan 2007 to todays date.. i'm a single parent and can't afford to lose this amount of money.. I can claim today for the money charged last month, can't i..?0 -
I also have an Abbey account with an overdraft facility (£1500) which I am almost up to my limit on. I have written to try and claim back nearly £500 in charges and requested they keep my account open but as yet have had no reply. I think I will have to change banks by the general sound of things.maniac886 wrote:I am in the same situation. I have a £1500 overdraft with them but I have not opened a parachute account as yet. I doubt I will get another student account with a £1500 overdraft facility anyway.0 -
