Hi all
I finally posted my letter to the bank yesterday when does my 40 day count finish is it 40 calander days or 40 workdays?
thanks0 -
i wrote to my bank (nat west) in january of this year requesting my 6 years previous bank statements and received a letter from them stating that they would provide these free of charge "shortly". By the beginning of May i was not in receipt of these, so i wrote again with the same request. A week ago i received an identical letter as the first one stating that my statements would bed dispatched shortly and to date have still not received them! HELP....what should i do?0

I wrote to the Halifax back in March requesting a list of bank charges but so far have not had a reply. What do I do now, resend the letter ?0

I have filed with MCOL against HSBC, they were served on Fri 5th May, they then acknowledged and their 28 days is up on Friday 1st June. I can see from reading these forums that they're likely to file a defence at the last minute, but just in case they don't, when can I hit the button for judgement? First thing on the 2nd, or do I have to wait until the end of their 28th day, which would take me on to a Saturday?0

Hi
I am wondering if anybody else is at this stage or can help i have tried looking at the threads but cannot seem to find any answers
i am claiming against hsbc and they have filled a defence they have sent a load of waffle about being fair and they do not feel that they are being illegal that has come from D and G their legal team and the court has dispenced of the AQ so does anybody know what happens next i rang the courts and they said i do not do anything now, this is all ok but what happens?
Do i have to wait for a court date or has the court decided in my favour because they are fed up with the banks not turning up
PLEASE HELP BECAUSE I HAVE READ MANY SUCCESS STORIES BUT MINE JUST SEEMS TO BE DRAGGING ON
Cheers
I got my letter from the courts today seeing if i want to continue with the claim. Also, defending by D&G.
I will be sending back the form today to continue with the claim. Now is the waitng game for a court date. Sit tight and yours will arrive too.

Good luck for them not putting through a defence, they must be really busy now lol.
I'd make sure that everything is in order and then press that button on the next day.0
