I have just received an offer from Natwest of £366.00, however i have phoned them and it seems the only way i can get this money back is if they pay it directly into my account, but i would like the money to be paid into a different bank account or a cheque sent to me, is this possible? if so can anyone offer assistance please? i'm desperate!

As 2001 is 6 years ago, either they have just made a mistake or they are stalling. Phone them and tell them that you asked for 6 years of info from 2001 to 2007 inclusive

If your account has an OD, then it goes to paying it off. If you are in credit, then cash a cheque to get your money

i have just phoned lloyds tsb to request some statements. i am missing about 10 over the 6 year period and i phoned the number on the statements (0845 3000 000) and gave the lady the dates i needed. She said the £10 fee would be taKen out of my account and i will recieve them within 7 working days. hopefully.

also could anyone advise me if my dad can claim failed d/d charges, bounced cheque charges and overdrawn charges on his business account? he is self employed.
    halifax: settled paid £2622.18:j
lloyds tsb: £1038.83 inc interest, but claim on hold.

    Hi

Need some advice re: HSBC. Have sent letter requesting charges to be refunded. Standard letter received saying they will look into the matter. LBA sent 2 weeks ago, no response to that, so will be issuing court proceedings shortly.

However, 10 days ago tried to withdraw funds via Link. The machine swallowed my card, which I found very strange considering I have been a lot more O/D in the past than I am now. The cynical side of me wonders if this was anything to do with the LBA I sent earlier that week? ;)

Anyway - after trying to call, and getting nowhere, have prepared a letter to be sent to my branch asking for their comments.

My question is: Will sending that letter prejudice my case or should I wait until proceedings are complete?

    TIA for your comments

    Hi,

I need some advice. I have followed all the adive and sent off my first letter to which I received the normal "we are dealing with your complaint" reply so I sent off the next letter..............they then sent a letter saying they would reply before the 25th May. I received a reply on Saturday which gave me a printed list of 4 charges from Feb-March this year. I hadn't even asked for this am completely baffled why they have sent this to me!!

    What should I do now?

    Caz
