I'm putting it in the envelope now! I've given them 7 days to credit my account or I'll have to file another claim!
We'll see what they think of that!
Interestingly, I contacted them regarding the new charges and they said because I had already made a complaint about charges that they could not discuss it!

You can put both account numbers on the one letter, listing each account and amount seperately within the one letter of course. You will need to further seperate them by the name of the charges relating to each account so a couple of paragraphs each should suffice :)

    OK thanks

I have a spreadsheet ready with all the charges

For the bank charges i have Statement numbers, Dates of Charges amount Charged and amount owed with intrest, (all charges appear as "charges as notified")

For the Credit cards i have Statement Date, Date of Charge, Amount charged & reason.

Once i have received my missing statements (requested on friday) and added those charges to it should i then send a copy of the spreadsheet to the bank with the first letter?
    Regards

Its not entirely neccessary but it wouldnt hurt I suppose. Bear in mind you may wish to recalculate any interest as the claim progresses and definitely if you and up at court. It will be worth slightly more as time goes on.

If you have sent only the first letter your next step is send the letter before action (LBA) stating you will take the matter to court. If you have already sent this one then your next step is to claim in court.

I'd strongly advise you do a lot of reading on the process though if you are unsure of yourself at this stage. The main article has a lot of information on how to proceed and any questions after that can be asked in the forum. Good luck :)

Hello Just to let you know I have sent of the letter( including interest) today to the Ulster Bank Belfast. I enclosed a copy of the bank charges that I done on your calculator. It will be interesting to see what they say. Mine amounted to £4359 without interest and £3543 with the interest.

    Egg Help please......

Does anyone know the phone number to chase egg for statements? I requested them on 17/01/07, they took 26 days to as for I.D, then sent a letter on 15th March saying 40 days would start then, i am however going on 40 days from them receiving my I.D. So i need to give them a verbal whooping!

Copy and paste this into your browser, it's a list of all egg numbers. As it's automated, just keep pressing 0 until it puts you through to an advisor. (it's quicker than following all the recorded options:p
