You have to apply for exemption through your local court, have a read of the Reclaim Help Thread, link in my signature, and you'll find the links in there regarding exemptions.0

Hi
I'm hoping some one can answer this Q for me.
I am just about to send my letter asking for statements, to Barclaycard. I defaulted on my account & it was passed to a collection company.
Will the charges fees from the collection company be included on the information from B'Card, or do I have to request it seperately from the collection company themselves?
Thanks*Helen*

You can claim 'overdraft excess fee charges'
as for
'account charges', if this is an ongoing charge, something that you are charged every month you CANNOT CLAIM THIS."He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

It does not matter, as they will be forwarded to the correct address anyway from either address. Make sure you send the letter first class recorded."He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
