You have to apply for exemption through your local court, have a read of the Reclaim Help Thread, link in my signature, and you'll find the links in there regarding exemptions.

    Hi

I'm hoping some one can answer this Q for me. :D

I am just about to send my letter asking for statements, to Barclaycard. I defaulted on my account & it was passed to a collection company.

Will the charges fees from the collection company be included on the information from B'Card, or do I have to request it seperately from the collection company themselves?

    Thanks

You can claim 'overdraft excess fee charges'
    as for
'account charges', if this is an ongoing charge, something that you are charged every month you CANNOT CLAIM THIS.

It does not matter, as they will be forwarded to the correct address anyway from either address. Make sure you send the letter first class recorded.
