I have 2 schedules ... the initial spreadsheet I produced from bank statements, showing date/reason for charge/actual charge (without interest) which I've sent to the bank and one I've produced since using Martin's calculator showing interest. Should I send both with the Allocation Schedule, or just the one showing interest?
Thanks.
Just send the one showing the interest0 -
hi i want to claim my bank charges and have kept all my statements over the yrs what should i do... still send the template or a diffrent letter???0

You need to total up your charges and then send off the initial letter to your bank to claim them. Have a read of Martin's article below and you'll find all the template letter's in the article. See also the Reclaim Help Thread which is linked in my signature.

just wait another 7 days, then send a letter stating you gave them 7 days extra time, and still heard nothing0

I would say it doesnt really matter, as long as you give them your account numbers they can access your files from any branch or H.O. I sent my statements to my local branch, remember to send recorded delivery, you can track it on the royal mail web page, also you can see who signed for it.0

Thanks, but I'm sure I've read somewhere that the schedule should state the reason for each charge, which Martin's calculations don't of course illustrate. Wouldn't this mean I'd have to combine both schedules to show all details?
Thanks.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0
