14 days from when your claim was served on the bank - if they acknowlegde in that time it extends to 28 days.

Thanks but they seem very sure they wont budge , we shall see?
i am also claiming 1000.from lloyds tsb bank for bank charges , 3000 from halifax Lloyds 14 days up 2mo?? just sent 1st letter to Halifax ???

It will be served 5 days after you issue it. maybe sooner.


when you get your notice of issue from the court it will have a deemed served date on - count from there.
