Beaso, once the T-Mobile/Virgin issue has been resolved we will be posting an email address into this thread for people on those networks. We will then assist them in registering and claiming their £10.Who knows Steveeeeee, they could contact the people on Virgin and T-Mobile who've attempted to sign up and give them the tenner as a sign of good will?
Go on MONILINKSupport, you know you want to :T0 -

I've tried for two days now trying to get this thing to work and gone through the help pages changing service and proxy settings (whatever they are) as instructed and still get connection failed notices with my Motorola Razr on Vodaphone. I also received an email from Monilink saying my A&L card could not be verified, so I seem to have failed at every hurdle and I thought I was reasonably IT literate.0

Painstakingly entered all the details but failed the card verification at the end of the web site. All details were correct. Did have to enter a manual address as the post code lookup doesn't work.

Please enter you address details as they appear on your bank statement.
Also, check that you have entered you account details correctly before verifying them. If you are still failing verification then contact your bank and they will be able to assist you.Painstakingly entered all the details but failed the card verification at the end of the web site. Hi
I am afraid not. I m NOT entering the activation code in the wrong box...i have followed the insructions to he letter, tried 3 times and had someone else try too. I am doing it correctly, it is just not being accepted.
BTW what is the score with the first 30,000 people getting the free tenner only? is that the case or not?0 -
Please be aware T-Mobile and Virgin issues have been now been resolved.
