Got as far as step 2 of the sign on process...

Wouldn't accept my debit card details - even tried two different cards. Checked all the numbers, dates, issues, security codes etc.

Complete failure - have given up.

thanks for that response monilink .... I suspect your lack of respionse is to avoid the fact the vast majority of users aren't going to get their free tenner...after all "correct me if i am wrong"

Now getting "No response", and I'm wondering how much all these failed attempts are costing me (no data included on my contract). I give up.
  • Doing my head in also, although i think its the 3 reception :(
  • Hi,

Sorry for not responding, but I have asked people to PM us if they are having problems rather than posting in the thread. This will help us to answer your support questions quickly and effectively, so you can take advantage of the £10 offer.

If you PM me with your telephone number I will get a member of the team to contact you.

  • There is still plenty of the £10 Incentive to give away for all those people who feel they have missed out.

Many thanks to all those who have registered and as stated previously if you are experiencing difficulties, then please PM us with as much detail as possible.
  • Received code in the post and activated my account. Really easy to use, no problems at all. Checked my balance and hope to receive my £10 shortly. Might use the service again if I need my balance and can't get to an ATM. Can't imagine that I'd use it up to the value of £10 though...
