Has it been confirmed that you can do this with multiple accounts and phone numbers then?

Just thinking, I have two A&L accounts and a HSBC account, if I have 3 SIMS registered to a different account will I get 3 * £10?

Well I signed up my phone to HSBC first then it asked me whether I wanted to sign up any other accounts so I signed up my A+L account. Don't see why that shouldn't work.

I'm pretty sure you'll only get one £10 no matter how many accounts you sign up. The T&C's state:

If a customer also registers for MONILINK™ Mobile Banking for more than one bank participating in the offer with MONILINK™, only one £10 credit will be made to the first account registered.

I take that as meaning no matter how many banks or numbers you use you'll only be paid the one £10 - I'm sure monilink support can say for sure though.

Well i tried to do this as i have a first direct account.

I registered and downloaded the software on my k800 o2 phone.

even once i got the activation number through the post it still dont work,

i get a monilink account unknown error wen ever i try to use it.


seams a waste of time, considering how difficult this seams to be to set up.
And how much is it costing all this gprs usage anyway?!

I got the activation code through the post so today went to MONILINK on my SonyEricsson K750i. It told me "You need to upgrade" so I accepted the upgrade and also clicked Yes when it asked if I wanted to overwrite the existing one. Now it's just stuck on "Please wait". Well I've been waiting about quarter of an hour now and nothing happening other than a scrolly bar going across. Have also just tried the back button on my phone (press and hold normally goes back to main screen) but that's not working either. So looks like I'll either have to carry on waiting until the battery goes flat or turn the phone off and risk having half an application installed...

Hi, I have just gone through the registration sign up using a Sony Eric K750i, just needed to follow the change over help details to WAP GPRS and bingo within five minutes everything was working fine, just waiting for the post and the activation code.

Please turn your phone off and once turned back on again delete the MONILINK application. Once deleted text bank to 84447 to download the application again. When prompted select the 'Use Existing Account' option.
