There is still plenty of the £10 Incentive to give away for all those people who feel they have missed out.

Many thanks to all those who have registered and as stated previously if you are experiencing difficulties, then please PM us with as much detail as possible.

Finally got round to activating mine. Recieved the code last week but kept getting connection failed messages during the activation section so I'd pretty much given up on it.

This weekend I gave it one last try, and the activation went through okay. Checked my balance and got a mini-statment so it looks like it's good to go.

Are the £10 incentives still available or have I missed out.
  • No, you haven't missed out the offer is still open for people wanting to sign up.

Hi, I tried to register my Sony Ericsson T610 through HSBC site referred from monilink.com. I am at step 2 where I've received the message and have to follow the link to mobile network for Handset verification code.

When I tried to do this from my T610, I needed to create a user data account. I've managed to put in most details (i think) but my phone is asking me to provide an IP address to connect... I've selected my new user profile for "connect using" option.
But what do I enter into IP adress to get further?

Thanks for your help in advance.

why is "monilinksupport" answering queries on here first, and not ones sent directly using the contact form they provide following a mishap on their site? i contacted them on their site first, then on here. got a reply here, nothing from them the site contact.

    waste of time? legit?

  • Thank you for your post. Just to clarify - as you can imagine we receive more customer enquiries via the website and telephone than we do here on Money Saving Expert, so it may take longer for the team to reply if a form is submitted through our website.

We have a team that is dedicated to answering queries we receive directly via the website or telephone, and then myself, who is responsible for queries raised via the MSE website.

Another reason you may have been responded to before the dedicated team is because I am continuing to answer many queries out of office hours.

Sorry for the inconvenience and I will ensure a member of the team contacts you shortly to resolve your issue.

Have I missed out on this deal by texting to sign up instead of using the website?

  • You can take advantage of the offer by either texting or by signing up via the website.
