MONILINKSupport can you help with this please:

Hi, I tried to register my Sony Ericsson T610 through HSBC site referred from monilink.com. The message did not arrive and I had to get it resent through HSBC website.
I am now at step 2 where I've received the message and have to follow the link to mobile network for Handset verification code.

When I tried to do this from my T610, I needed to create a user data account. I've managed to put in most details (i think) but my phone is asking me to provide an IP address to connect... I've selected my new user profile for "connect using" option.
But what do I enter into IP adress to get further?

Great deal but !! I have just closed my first direct as I have a low income (due to bing at home with my diabled son) and because I only have a small amount going into the account they now charge me £10 a month for the service. Thus not such a deal and I will be in debt by Sept!!!! read the small print......

HSBC do a basic account which doesn't cost anything... I've just changed from Nationwide basic account (free) to HSBC current account and I don't pay £10 per month - sounds like you have the 'premier' account. check out their website.
Nationwide basic account is rather good... internet banking... you don't get a debit card or cheque book but I never used those anyway.

    good luck

I signed up with Sony Ericsson W850i and works fine. waiting for letter now.
This is handy as I had mobile banking on a nokia phone but as I prefer sony ericsson this meant I couldn't view my bank account (not many cash machines where I live ((south london!!) and they all charge 1.75 if you want to withdraw money!)
    thanks for the tip Martin

(I'm assuming the £10 is over as so many people have viewed and joined up already... I only got the Money saving tip email today? This offer is several weeks old! Oh well... I'll still find it handy as I don't want a nokia phone just to look up my bank balance.)

I downloaded the application, but whenever I try and connect it fails - I logged the error on the website over a week ago and still haven't received a reply - although I did get my activation code in the post, which I can't use!
