1. Open the MONILINK application on your phone
2. Click Start
3. Enter your passcode (not the CAN code you received through the post)
4. Select your card from the list - it will have a '*' next to it.
5. You will then be prompted to enter your HVC code.0 -
I have had exactly the same problem - as soon as I get to enter the CAN it states it is not valid. I have tried a few times and now only have one attempt remaining.
What can I do??0 -
Not sure why this would happen, but it might be an idea to order a new CAN. To do this follow the instructions below:
1. Open the MONILINK application on your phone
2. Click Start
3. Enter your passcode when prompted
4. Select the card you wish to activate (it will have a * next to it)
5. You will then have the option to enter your CAN or request a new one - select the request a new CAN option.
6. You will then be sent a new CAN through the post.

I am also trying to add another account, but I can only put in 9 numbers of the 16 on my card. Is this another fault?0

I have just tried to sign up and authorised my phone fine, but the dratted website then keeps saying I have "entered my personal details incorrectly" when I try and enter my debit card details and now it's blocked my account until tomorrow.
Why is this?? I am 100% sure I am entering them correctly. Grrr.....!!0 -
Got my £10 this morning, i think. Shows as link interchange.
