First Direct have they mention it on their website and they belong to HSBC. Its monilink not monolink

mine monilink thingy has stopped working now... has this happened to anyone else.
It stopped two months ago - I even updated the download.
It ask for password number etc as normal and comes up with the choice of balance or mini statement but then it says it can't do it.
How do I find out why?
