    Hi,

I just entered my CAN into my Monilink application which it accepted and then requested a balance enquiry which was also successful.

The letter that contained my CAN mentioned the £10 offer. Does this still stand or am I too late? The letter is dated 20th June 2007.

    Thanks

Thanks to Greg from Monilink, I was able to load and connect Monilink properly. Just waiting for activation letter to arrive now and Greg informs that £10 offer is still on.
    Cheers..

Thanks for the response MONILINKSupport. However nearly 3 weeks later I still don't have the money.

Can anybody advise how long this should take? I hope I havent missed out. I did exactly as the letter advised.

Same problem here. I registered and did a balance enquiry about 3 weeks ago and I've still not received the £10

Well nearly two weeks on and still no £10. Have also emailed Monilink support last week and no reply. Anyone else have problems getting the £10?
