Hi,
I have an account with FD, HSBC & A&L.
I have registered through FD for monilink. I have accessed my balance and just waiting for £10 to arrive in my account.
Can I also register for HSBC & A&L to get total £30 cashback?
Thanks

We identified a technical issue where a small number of customers were being charged £1.50 for doing a balance enquiry.
This issue has now been resolved and we are in the process of contacting these customers individually to compensate them for their inconvenience.
mFactor thank you for your cooperation and support.Signed up to it with A & L a couple Of weeks ago, and used it a couple of times this week, works fine, However when checking my phones account balance I had been charged £1.50 each time for the Text Message thanking you for using their service, which arrive a couple of minutes after you use their service, came up on my bill as incoming text message.
I rang their customer service who will be looking into it, I am with T-mobile payg with a samsung D600.
Just to update everyone, I received a phone call this morning (14/06/2007) from Monilink after sending them my bill (as requested below) and a very nice man said that there had been a technical problem and that they would be reimbursing my money plus a bit more for the inconvenience.0 -

yep... it's fine. No charge of £1.50 as far as I can see... I rang my mobile supplier and he said there were no charges of that amount (taking in account VAT etc)

I accessed Mobilink from my phone and it asked for setting up 6 digit pin no.
