How frustrating! It just says 500: Web service problem: Please contact the service provider. I really can't work it out - I have GPRS - maybe it's Virgin? Has anyone actually managed this on Virgin network?

if you have another product with them you dont get charged the £10, could have opened the esaver and kept £1 in it.

I keep getting "No response, try again" from http://wap.monilink.co.uk/checkhandset.wml. :mad: Other websites work fine.

I think it's probably a problem with t-mobile - it seems that people on Virgin (virtual network using the t-mobile infrastructure) and t-mobile are the ones with the problems with not getting it to work on phone.
