Do you get any kind of error? What is your device brand and model and the Network operator?
I've just tried to do this, but it doesn't seem to be possible if you have an alliance & leicester basic bank account :(

Signed up via First Direct, Vodafone on SE w900i. Received Activation code after 2 days. Followed enclosed instructions and lo and behold ... 20p later .. I could see my up to date balance .... now just need to wait for the £10 to arrive .... Overall seems like a good service though the charges need to drop to make the take-up more likely long term.

500 Server Error then Time Out Errors. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice idea but it's just too hard to set up. Whether it's a problem with the phone, network or Moonilink it really doesn't matter. I've set up my phone for other services before with no problem - but not this one....!!
  • Great news and you are the first to post your success story ;)

Works sweet on my K750i. Should be a lot easier than going down Tesco to top up) and of course the tenner will come in handy.
