Here is a little tip for those who have a Metro Bank close by, they have a money machine which will accept all your loose coins, take the slip to the counter and they will give you the "converted penny's" and you do not have to be a customer! Best bit, it is all FREE!0

I need to hit the hay... yes the best ones are born in April... might look at France and see what I can find. Good choice..
N|cky great idea.. now what is a Metro Bank..?,...:)“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. I agree France is usually a good option...as is Italy, good weather and good food options for us veggies
Tel Aviv is actually a really nice place as well, it's close enough for a short break, but far enough to get proper sun...the foods fab and the spa treatments would be excellent since you're on the edge of the Red Sea (or is it the Dead Sea? I can never remember lol)

Hi,
I typed an epic reply yesterday but it didn't post. Was gutted, but will try again.
Killer, you mentions GTM. What is that? The sights I use are supersavvyme and if you also register with hotukdeals people on there will mention special offers, so for example, someone mentioned Fairy liquid was down to a £1 in Tesco and I knew there was a voucher for 50p on supersavvy so got my Fairy for 50p this week, which I wouldn't normally buy but at that price its cheaper than the cheap stuff. Also if you register with Magic Freebies and Free Stuff, they have some good deals on there sometime, like the Special K promotion when it was on. There is currently a free Royal Canin cat food if you have a supplier near you.
Rosie - I had the bank charges too this week . £60 because I went over my overdraft because the father of my kids didn't pay me when he told me had had. Spoken to the bank and not getting it back so was a bit mad but am just more determined now to get rid of my overdraft.
Happy, for me the Santa coercion starts in August.
Siouxie, have you tried lemon juice and salt on the rug?
Lily, what are maximiles and how do I get them?
Kat, I think it might be cheaper to go away in May as Easter is a school holiday and we all know companies put up prices around school holidays. Have you registered on site like Wowcher and KGDeals? There is a holiday to Tenerife today for £69 per person for example so its worth a look.
I have had a pretty good month so far. 6 NSD, which is good for me. It would have been 7 but had to post my ebay stuff yesterday. Plus have worked out I have made an extra £105 so far this month which works out at my target for 21 days. It has proved to me I can do it. I also managed to get my £48 shop on friday for £18.29 which I was pleased with, and that included 2 pairs of pjs for my little girl and a pair of jeans and a hat for my son.
We are going out for a family meal tonight but I won a voucher in the Macmillan Coffee Morning raffle so that should cover mine and the kids meals. So hopefully another NSD for me.
Its Children in Need this weekend so have to pay for my son to go to school in fancy dress on Friday and there is a cake sale on Saturday so its going to be a bit of a disasterous weekend as well as it being a party for 2 of my nephews in a pub. I will eat before I go and kids hopefully get fed there but there are bound to be extras like face painting to pay for!

Hi bunny
this overdraft charging is disgusting ! its a ridiculous thing to have in place! surely with technology today they just stop you going overdrawn why is it they feel then need to take you overdrawn and add aload of charges on pft ! atm im with halifax i dont know if i will stay with them forever but which banks can you trust now its a dog eat dog world with the financial world! My brother got an horrendous charge for been over 1p! he phoned and kicked off and they refunded but i think that sort of action for 1p is ridiculous! We are in a credit crunch surely banks and other places would benefit from helping people so that they can get money in rather than making people take drastic measures!
Il jump down off my stool nowHappy tuesday x

Perhaps they're doing the same as the rest of us: thinking that would be a good idea then deciding they can't really afford it or don't really need it:D‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

... I have read everything but... I will ignore everything until later when I've had a phone call.
...
I have a job offer!
The phone call is to get the details.
Well excited.
My phone bill is going to be extortionate.
End communication.0 -
