Cashback Barclaycards!!!
Comments

Hi Richard. If I converted a card with a 0% offer on a BT currently running would I lose the remainder of the 0%. Alternatively could I have a second cashback card as well? Would a second card involve a credit check?
For ebay purchases I link my card to my paypal account. Would such purchases attract cashback?
ThanksI think....0 -
Hi michaels,
If you transfer your existing Barclaycard to a new Barclaycard Cashback card then any balance transfers will remain on your account using the same offer.
You can apply to have an additional card, however, this would mean that a credit check would be completed like all new credit card applications.
Purchases made to PayPal in Sterling will be eligible for cashback.
Thanks, Richard.“Official Company Representative

When transferring an existing barclaycard to the freedom rewards one, will existing cardholders be able to earn the 10,500 extra points?0

Another update. I sent a secure message to try and find out the status of my application. Got a reply this morning to say it has been accepted and my card is on its wayGraduated 16 July 2013 with First Class Honours :jHouse Deposit: £6,493.10 - Cashback Total: £447.670

£24 annual fee and only 0.5% cash back (yes, I'm aware of the other exceptions) - but most people will be getting the 0.5% cash back rate.
This is bad maths and really nothing to be excited about.0 -

For you maybe but I go to the petrol station at least 8 times a month, food shopping 4 times so I'm gonna get the 15 transactions every month because there will always be something else to buy as well. I buy a new iPhone every year for £600. That's half the yearly fee on one purchase at the 2% rate let alone the higher rates.Graduated 16 July 2013 with First Class Honours :jHouse Deposit: £6,493.10 - Cashback Total: £447.670 -
