That wasn't a rude reply.
But you it appears you didn't read the car park signs nor any of the threads and guidance on these pages.
So what reply would you like?0 -

So what about your rudeness in ignoring the help and advice you were already given?
The threads in here are just the same as those in other fora and you have clearly been around long enough to know how things work, so go pull the other one!0 -
Why not pretend that UKPP & DR+/Zenith are us?If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

It was rude. Are you people for real? There are loads of threads with info about dozens of different parking companies and some info is conflicting. I asked one question hoping for a helpful response, unlike you lot I havnt got time to spend all day trawling through Internet forums. If my question annoyed you so much then why answer it? Won't be back on this forum. Psychos!0

No, there are thousands of threads on a smallish number of companies who operate more or less exactly the same scam!
As a result, the advice here is remarkably consistent and repeated across the board. Its no rudeness but there is a commonsense and self-help ethos here that you are at odds with0 -

My recommendation to you now, is to pay the "fine," ... And the next one, next one and the one after that.

Hi
I am sorry to bother you and I am pretty sure of the reply, but I just want to make sure the law is the same, went to retail park in hubbys car, forgot to put blue badge up, came out got ticket, I actually wrote to them as it wasnt my car and produced my blue badge, they then said if I paid it they would donate to a disabled charity! that stunk, with no name mentioned. Anyway ignored that, today have a letter from Debt Recovery Plus Limited, for £150 and court proceedings etc, shall we ignore it? Thanks in advance0 -

They broke the Equality Act by pursuing this; you have a legal right to use that provision and the BBadge scheme doesn't even apply on private land. A lack of a Blue Badge doesn't mean a lack of a disability - and certainly once they KNEW about the disability, the 'charge' should have been cancelled in order not to harass you (also illegal under the same Act).
They lie in their signs, they can't rely on that scheme alone because the bays are there for disabled people who need them, not just 'Blue Badge Holders'.
You can ignore Debt Recvery Plus and Zenith letters (they are shown in pictures here under several PPCs). But you can also complain to the landowner or Retail Park Management or the Head Office of the Supermarket (whoever contracted the PPC to be there).
Like in this thread, see how Caryl2506 got her Mum's fake PCN cancelled in a few days, by sending a VERY strong complaint about Equality Act breach and harassment, to the Retail Park themselves:

You asked about the law. Be clear, the law is on YOUR side here and you could sue the Retail Park/Supermarket/Landowner (but they'd settle out of Court because they can't risk a disability discrimination case & publicity!). A poster on another forum just got a few hundred pounds in compensation for exactly the situation you are describing, but not letting it go and keeping on telling the Retail Park he was going to take it to a Small Claim (and he would have done!).
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You Google the Retail Park name and look for press articles about it. They always mention the owners & firm that runs it. Read Caryl's thread - that's what she did.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
