  • I have been getting the same expiry message as the others.

    Just had a long online chat with Sky who quite frankly avoided all questions i asked them and told me to email MSE.

    Has anyone raised this with MSE or could someone let me know how I do this? (im a bit new to the site) Or will the pick up the issue from this forum thread?

    I think the MSE team would like to hear about an offer that the supplier isn't honouring. My code worked on Thursday but for all those whose code isn't working, it may be worth asking the MSE team to contact Sky? Good luck.

    In the first round of codes MSE did relsease extra codes - and stated it was only the first 1000 that would work.

    Maybe they failed to tell us that only 1500 of the next 3000 codes would work?

    Or Sky have just expired it earlier than the midnight tonight deadline.

    If everyone can email on that address, there will be a better chance of the problem being resolved.

    This can't be right, because e person I spoke to on the sky chat system said 5000 codes were given out for a maximum of 3000 available new accounts. He shut up when I told him 3000 codes were given out for a total of 3000 new accounts on offer being allowed.

    Well technically speaking Monday the 24ths (today) midnight was this morning at 00:00 (12:00AM), tonight there will be 23:59 as the last minute and 00:00 is Tuesday.

    This is why almost all ends of competitions and give-aways end at 23:59 or 00:01 so there is absolutely no ambiguity.
