New...50% off Sky TV packages, 3000 MORE codes

The deadline for this offer is, according to the webpage, midnight on the 24th.

However when trying to use my new code I get;
Unfortunately the offer associated with the code you've entered has expired...

Does anybody know who I should contact?
SKY say its an outside offer [and that they know nothing of it!].:mad:

Please help otherwise my name will be mud in the household

There is just over 14 hours until the offer is supposed to end so any assistance will be greatfully received.

Who do i/we contact as the sky online help just says either try in a few hours OR it is an outside deal not theirs.......

I'm getting the same error message, and a variety of reasons from different people on their chat system as to why it's not working. They all ask me for my code first though, and THEN decide to play dumb and do nothing about it...

Hi - I've been trying all morning to use my code and order 50% sky - constant error messages and Sky are not willing to help. Very frustrating.... ;-( :(

Same here, one person said "sorry it was the first 1000 people only", another chat person said "5000 codes were given out, and only the first 3000 were allowed to redeem the offer"

Not impressed. They're not willing to help at all.

Same problem here! My code's not working, and I got a second code off someone helpful here on these forums, and their code didn't work too. They both come up with the same error: "Unfortunately the offer associated with the code you've entered has expired..."

On Saturday, the error message was as follows:





The sky chat people just keep saying "this is a third party offer, please contact them directly"

Looks like the offer as been expired by SKY.

I don't know if anyone from MSE is reading this, but it seems clear that Sky have expired the offer early - contrary to what they seem to have assured MSE- i.e that the codes are valid until midnight tonight.

If someone from MSE could liaise with Sky, you'll have lots of happy people on here!
