    mahmooduk tell us pls what you did to get your money back.
    really happy you got them back.
    I contacted my bank and action fraud but I really have not got any hopes would get money back.
    paid by debit card and do not know what the odds are.

    and i have not received any offers frm nhsdiscountsdaily.com pretty sure they are not selling anything.
    used to receive an offer every week now it has been 2-3 weeks withou getting any offer.

    i have contacted my amazon (mbna) credit card company and their help me as well.
    ur bank will get ur money.
    i sent more than 5 angry emails to natalie and emma everyday.
    try to send angry emails and ask for refund as well.

    i called the fraud agency and they cant give me any updates unfortunately.
    the bank sent me a letter in which they stated that i have to wait 45 days for the wowbuys to produce a letter and 60 for days for a refund.
    what do you reckon?
  • i purchased an item as on the 28th of sept '12, amount came out of my account on 2 of oct and i have yet to receive my product, and amount is in the 100s!

    can someone please advise what i can do?

    The first thing I would suggest you do it read all the earlier posts in this thread.

    I have posted seven times in this thread and offered advice in five of those.

    Have you followed any of that advice?
    Please report back if you think there is anything else you may need.

    By the way... posting an email address in an open forum is a very good way to get plenty of spam emails from all sorts of people and machines around the world. ;)

    got the money back by the chargeback from my current account - fraud office also notified

    Really? unbelievable.
    Still waiting for a refund 21 days after registering my claim, still waiting for varification of chargeback actions from my bank (this weeks job - to follow it up).

  • I also purchased the kindle which i have never received. Letter received today from Chatsworth & Co dated 18th October, wowbuys.com, trading as zappideals.com and nhsdiscountsdaily.com have commenced liquidation proceedings. Creditors meeting will be held 31st October at 10.30am at The Lowther Hotel, Aire Street, Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire, DN14 5QW.
