Contact your bank, if you paid with creditcard you should be covered. I'm in the same position, i believe we both have been the victims of fraud.

Report them to this number also 0300 123 2040, its for online fraud. I should find out this wk if i get my money back from my bank.

You could try reading the article mentioned in the post immediately before yours.

Another MSE article worth reading is their Debit Card Chargeback guide.
  • Hi Bartypb, I contacted them via telephone and asked for the chargeback - it took a a good few minutes to sort it all out due to the slight language barrier, however they had no problems in getting the chargeback and has now been credited to my account. HSBC did say that they could dispute it if they could prove they sent me the goods. However, almost one week later all is good and the money is still there! Grab your money whilst you can.

Also, I did contact Action Fraud previously but they recommended I contact Citizens Advice who in turn recommended I contact nhsdiscountsdaily in writing but also mentioned the chargeback which was the other option. I went with the latter and succeeded. Don't let them get away with it. I've accepted losing £6.99 but didn't want to lose £75!!

Good luck everyone. Don't hold out hoping that your goods will arrive (see dodge1980's message regarding going into administration).
  • Also, the worrying thing is is that they are still offering new deals on their website so perhaps Action Fraud will now take some form of action if everyone contacts them.....
  • I asked them for a contact address or phone number on sat, just got this email !0 mins ago

Please forward complaints to me via email and I will pass on to relvent person.

    Regards
    Natalie Cole
    Customer Service Manager

Also got an email with there latest daily promotion, they are definitely fraudulent , and look to still be operating.
  • I also purchased an Amazon kindle... after a lot of hassle and stress and numerous emails sent Natalie Cole "worst customer service manager", has stopped replying to my emails. I have seeked advice from different organisations... I contact trading standards and citizens advice, I was told to go on the advice guide org website and search for distance selling letter- I used the template provided and I sent that to natalie cole. Not surprised to get no response from her. I then contacted Action fraud on 0300 123 2040. Who have been a massive help!
The have listed the the case as a crime case and forwarded it on to the national fraud intelligence bureau and said no need to contact the police as this is the step above.
I then went to my bank (Halifax) as i paid for my kindle by debit card and wasn't sure where I stood. The are issuing me a forced re-charge so I will have the money back in 3-5weeks it will basically be arrested by the bank from zappideals account.
So hopefully all will work out and I actually will get the money bank... I would urge everybody to call the action fraud team so they can build a bigger case and not let this company away with it!!!

As you used a credit card, you really should consider making a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Have a read of MSE's article on Section 75 Refunds.

Contact your bank immediately, trust me your phone will never arrive. I've been waiting on a samsung S3 to. I contacted my bank on friday and got a credit on my account yesterday. This company seem to be just messing everyone about, then i reckon they will go into liquidation, disappearing everyone's money.
