Further to my recent posts I had same as you thistle 88 had not held out much hope for refund however had looked online tonight and have full refund in my account am VERY happy will be popping along to my local electrical store to buy a full price ipad at the weekend(as apparently apple dictate the price of iPADS according to one the posts) the "cheap" deal saving of a £100 +was not worth the worry. Hope everyone else on the site gets a refund or the goods, Good Luck.just to let you know - that following emailing the company and cancelling the order last week - they took the money from my account on Saturday - i was panic stricken, given the emails etc that i had read here on the site my worry was that the refund wouldnt be processed, or that it would go to credits on the site....however - I got my full refund to my bank account!!!!
somehow tho i am now thinking that maybe the website was for real after all - since they have actually came good with the refund. I am now wondering if people will start receiving the ipads.... if people get their goods could they post here to advise???
am relieved that i havent been left with nothing but will be disappointed if it transpires that the new traders were genuine and that i would have received the ipad at such a good price, guess its been a lesson learnt either way!0 -

I am glad you got your refund, I know three people who have placed orders and one has cancelled, awaiting refund. I would proceed with caution even if some people get their ipads, somthing does not seem right for so many to be calling their banks and CC companies over this offer.0 -
Received full refund today as per the email they sent - (3-5 business days for refund).
Hopefully works out for everyone and they get refunds or get the i-Pads.
Lesson reminder for me - if it sounds too good to be true it probably is - but at least someone in the company is honoring their terms and conditions and providing refunds.

Been registered with the site for a while. It looks like there are problems and I was seduced by the iPad offer.
I've contacted the site as I cannot check my order status as the security certificate has expired.
I've also made contact with my credit card's Charge Back department.
Learning point for me to double check details even if I think I know the website...0 -
thats great news a few of you have recieved your refund, i was very suprised to hear that! Ive left it 9 days now so i guess there is no point me cancelling now.
Ive tried emailing twice now and am yet to recieve a reply other than the automated response.

Ordered 2 ipads Saturday Money has been taken out of my account today. Status still says unshipped but it does say in the fine print to allow 10 days from the end of the deal so am hoping and praying that maybe just maybe I will receive goods. I have emailed several times and like J4kkx have only received automated response which say they will contact within 72 hours yet nothing. Feel really sick about the whole affair.0

Hi guys, it appears I've also been duped by this website, after falling for the very attractive iPad price that landed in my NHS e-mail account last Friday.
I became suspicious myself when my Hotmail flagged the confirmation e-mail as suspicious - thinking Hotmail was being overzealous, I visited the website only to find a contact form, no e-mail address or contact number. I received an automated, we will respond within 72 hours e-mail. My 'detective work' on this website led me to this thread, and I realised with a sinking feeling and mild heart palpitations that it really was too good to be true (should have listened to my mother's advice).
Following some very helpful advice on here, I have taken the following steps and thought I would share:- Contacted the website. Suffice to say, despite the fact I've sent them around 7 e-mails since last Friday, I have heard nothing from them. When they failed to respond to my request to confirm expected delivery dates, I then made sure I stated I wanted a refund (to ensure it was within the 7 day limit outlined in their abysmal T's and C's).
- Contacted the liquidators, Chatsworth & Co, to request something in writing I could use as evidence.
- Contacted Action Fraud. Incredibly helpful, they gave me a crime number, plenty of advice and access to support if required. They advised me to keep evidence of all e-mails sent to the company, received from them, and evidence from the liquidators if possible. They said all this would help in any future prosecution if it ever got that far and would also help provide the bank with evidence if you are requesting a chargeback (i.e. you paid on a Visa debit card like myself and want to dispute a payment made).
- Contacted my bank, Santander. This is where different people will have different experiences/policies applied. Santander said I would have to wait 15 days before they could issue a dispute. They made it clear to me that I needed to give the company a chance to refund my account. As the original offer said I would receive my product within 7-10 days, they said that would also mean I was giving them chance to follow through on delivery. I suppose this is very sensible but when you're impatient like me it seems like a lifetime (I wanted them to do something NOW!) On the 15th day, if I still have not received a refund, they advised me to call back, speak to someone regarding raising a dispute, they would log the details and send me a form to fill in. I would need to sign the form, return to Santander and the money should be back in my account within 48 hours of receipt by themselves. They said at this time I should also think about cancelling my card. This is the funny thing; Action Fraud advised me to cancel my card right away, whereas the bank said this was not the best thing to do until the 15 day period was up, as cancelling my card wouldn't stop them claiming money from my account ...
- Made sure the organisation I work attempts to block the e-mails coming through to our NHS accounts.

Had the same trouble 10 days is up today and no ipad:( Just spoke to my bank Lloyds Tsb and they are going to investigate it. hope everyone else manages to sort theirs out.0

CC company confirmed £260.99 had been re-credited to account as per email from NHS Dis... Original credit card has been cancelled and replaced with a new number. The other two who ordered from our NHS Pracitce are still awaiting delivery.0
