  • No voucher yet but my sister in law ordered the same item and she had a email (from the new company using the old companies email address) indicating they would supply it directly but were out of stock and can she wait another 10 days, sounds like the same owners again.

    Yes, reading this thread, it does seem that the same owners are trading with a new company, doesn't it?

    I don't see how that is relevant to a S75 claim.

    You asked about whether a S75 claim was appropriate and I answered.

    It's just the 'contact us' on the website...... I myself have also emailed 3 times and had no response, my dad however who Also ordered has had the same email as my friend so I'm not sure why some people are getting responses and some aren't!

    I've had a few emails from them in the last day, i would keep miles away from them.

  • Hi everyone, just to update you on my situation - I received a refund into my account on Saturday morning - checked again this morning just to make sure as I've been convinced it's going to disappear.

    I'm cancelling my card today in branch, just to be on the safe side. J4kkx's post was very interesting re: the response from the company about delayed dispatch - although I doubt anything that comes from this company is anything less than dodgy, it would be wonderful if you did get your products - I'm just too much of a pessimist to have held out and waited!

    still no refund despite email on 17/11/12 to state i would receive refund via method paid in 3-5 working days and david philips also verbally telling me he would ensure refund request is followed up. of course i didnt believe this for one minute. will hopefully start chargeback process today, david philips no longer answering mob and ignoring texts requesting refund. natwest continue to be unhelpful and didnt close my account after all (despite me being sat with branch manager and signing to confirm this had all been done prior to the payment being made and no payments at the time were pending). now being charged for being overdrawn due to the £260.99 coming out of account when no funds (all funds transferred due to "closure" of account which was never actioned). nightmare from start to finish and not yet finished. the quicker i can be rid of natwest and nhsdsicountsdaily or whatever name they are going by now the better.
