Hope that makes sense.

No I've not touched the dictionary at all.
I've not done any updates to the 'phone yet either, only unlocked it to O2.
I also don't have an OK button when typing texts!
Strange.
Edit: wonder if my settings are different to yours then?
Edit 2: just looked at my keyboard settings and it's set to TouchPal Input rather than Android keyboard. Don't know if that makes a difference?
Sorry I'm useless with technology.Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

YES no delivery charges, frankly If I am giving a company business I expect a free delivery code for a online purchase or I politely call and ask for a refund of delivery charges to my account after a order & ask them to add this to my account notes/email it as a agreement before I process a order
Works most the time with most companies...to lose out on a bigger profit by not refunding a small delivery charge usually works, some online promotion codes only allow one per order and you should always call & ask for a free delivery via refund before you proceed with an order, better for them to lose a couple of pound over a couple more pounds profit.
Obviously little profit items of a couple of quid will not get free delivery refunded agreements prior to ordering & there is a big difference between customers being savvy and begging no matter how polite you ask a order/company need to break even on it and still have a profit on any order/item.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... Thanks very much for your great advice.sillygoose wrote: »... mobile data costs unless your SIM contract includes data allowance ... - SMARTPHONE USERS switch OFF mobile data before getting on the plane and leave it off!!!!Yes if you find a wifi spot you should be able to skype home, read the papers, some like the BBC News App download news so you can read offline later.
I was going to ask which of wifi and roaming is the default. In view of your advice, I don't need to ask - switch off data while still in the UK.0 -

I got the credit account and ordered the phone, but when I checked my account the balance was £0.00. I clicked the tracking facility 'where's my order?' which showed the £103.95 transaction as 'credit rejected'. Quite bizarre, considering minutes earlier they had granted me an account with a credit limit of £750! I logged back into the account and paid by credit card when prompted. A popup said the £30 would be recredited to the card. I ignored the subsequent phone call from Itsme because I erroneously thought this would overide the Topcashback transaction. and waited in all the following day. No phone arrived, and on checking, nothing was taken from my CC.
Could you state briefly in what order I should do things with Very, please?0 -
Very Collect+ is delivery & returns charge free.
http://www.very.co.uk/web/en/collect-plus.page?cm_re=Collect+Plus+Redirect-_-Redirect-_-Collect+Plus
Go to Very, buy something, pay with card in full select Collect+ as delivery, this allocates you a account number, not a credit account though. Await Collect+ next day delivery, collect with ID, this then is all processed & Very kn ow your a real customer.
Full payment via card & Collect+ ID to collect order verifies you & address (via your card payment) so when you ask for a credit transaction after item collection you log in to Very account your past verified payment history is taken into account internally & not just a credit check externally, less chance computer sees fraud transaction & approves "credit" order on Very account.
Input promotion code at check out and pay on "credit", select Collect+ as delivery on all 3 options (cant remember what order they come in though). Sorted !

Just had my order accepted by Very.
In their email to me they say click here to claim a £20 reward as a Very customer.
however, when I click on the link there is no mention of any £20 reward.
Has anyone been able to claim the £20?0 -
Actually Diamonds I'm struggling to find anything on Very which I couldn't get for £3.95 cheaper elsewhere; the G300 seems to be the only bargain on there! Not that I've ploughed through all the phones. First there were 6 pages @ 12 per page but lookingg through those it's now 14 pages with no end in sight! BTW they have the Ascend P1 sim-free @ £339. http://www.very.co.uk/huawei-p1-sim-free-smart-phone---white/1173624150.prd?browseToken=%2fb%2f4856%2fs%2fbestsellers%2c0%2fo%2f80
