Upgraded to Official ICS version 952 here

Dead easy to install and even comes with instruction

    Is this the newer version?

I've had my phone for quite a while & haven't bothered updating the ICS. Just wondering if this is an updated version?

You go into settings >scroll down to about phone>select it then tap software update. I would probably switch on your Wi-Fi to update it.

Hoping someone can help with a problem I am having with my phone.

In the past couple of weeks the battery seems to drain more quickly than normal overnight. I charge it then leave it at my bedside. In the morning it is showing 80% charge.

It's not apps updating as I have everything set that it has to be updated manually.

During the night the phone often makes a noise like radio interference and it is next to a clock radio, but I haven't had this problem since I got it in August until the past couple of weeks.

I was on holiday just before this started and changed the time and date from updating automatically to manually. I've since tried setting the time for both auto and manually, but that didn't make any difference.

    Any ideas?

Wammer you on Orange/T-Mob/EE or resellers ? sounds like a radio problem, saying that Voda/o2 are running each other in N.England/Scotland/NI and rest of UK so unless you are on 3 could be a problem with your local base station or frequency changes running the battery down the OS is separate from radio usually, don't know about Android though.

Maybe a new radio version needed or your network is up the path with no clothes on lol, as I said 3 do not share nothing and seem to be the most stable as of late.
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

You can now get this for £74.99 at argos. I'm looking at getting one of these, I take it that this a good price!

The one for Very in the OP seems to be out of stock.

Locked to Vodafone (but can be unlocked for a fee, see link upthread) and £10 top up will be charged, so a penny off £85 or 17,000 Nectar points. Looks good to me. (I'm thinking of surprising Mrs Roger.)

Presumably if you have Ovivomobile or other SIM operating on VF, this phone should be OK without unlocking?

I have a VF locked G300 and it works fine with a Talkmobile Sim (Talkmobile use VF)

Can I asume youve tried taking the battery out for a few seconds?
