I don't fancy signing up for an account with ISME or Very but I notice Argos still have a few left at £99 is this still a good deal or are there better smart phones at this price? I want one that I can get unlocked easily and use with GiffGaff.0

I'd say they're probally worth it at £99 but I couldn't knowing that I could save £30.
As for Very I signed up with them to get this deal and it was honoured.
They then sent me a written code for a further £30 off of a £60 spend and then another for £20 off a £50 spend. I used both codes over Xmas on items that they had discounted and grabbed a real bargain. So for me Very have been great.0 -
I'm still struggling fixing the dictionary. I using the Velcom ICS version sillgoose posted. Looking at the modaco thread on dictfix, I tried solution 1 (non rooted) and the dat file did not do the trick.
Is there any other way of doing this that will avoid rooting? The huawei link to their android smart device manager no longer works...0 -

Excuse my ignorance but this being locked to VF, does that mean it comes with all the VF stuff on it? And any updates are purely when VF eventually gets round to it?
I'm currently on a VF SIMo deal but don't particularly want to go back to being 'ruled' by VF!
Thanks in anticipation.David.0 -
It is a VF version of the OS you get when you buy one. Unlocking makes no difference.
If you want to be free from the voda bloatware, nags etc then you need to install a non voda OS.0
