Orange 'Free' Broadband

According to Exec office there should only be about 30 complaints on the list. The Exec office had the team's email address to send them the list of logged complaints. How long does it take to ring 30 people ?
And no one on here received a telephone call today!
This 'offer' to move forward better be good after all this waiting.
Not sure who you were dealing with, the guy I am (Keith) had 40 complaints logged, but was unsure the number his colleague had........
No call for me........................

Really looking forward hearing what they offer people, is anyone else?0 -
Oh, and also, another letter. Informing me to call 0800 294 4747 and that "we've got loads of special offers created just for you."
The query is that it states my broadband will stop working on the 17th of November, when I was told in another letter that it would stop working on the 28th of October.
Any chance the cut off is just a clever ruse to get people to pay extra for a service that they are not actually going to turn off? Conspiracy theories afoot...0 -
Clarified, it's now the 17th of November... Customers service rep, based in the UK has stated "you have been mislead by the person who you renewed your contract with." I am in the process of asking for that statement in writing.0

..
They wont send anything. As to do that they would be admitting liability.. it'll be a long wait i'm afraid if you do.
Contact Ofcom then call the exec's office if you havent already done so.0 -

"Sorry, I can't do that sir"
Another message passed onto a "manager" who'll get back to me within an unspecified amount of time.0 -
Instant removal of a link I posted on FB re:
Orange Broadband boss 'ashamed' of how customers were treated
Well.............WillBanyard 'mislead' = 'mis-sold' does it not?0 -

Thanks, I have already done that My main intention was finding out the exact cut off date, but I couldn't resist a little entrapment...0 -
