Last week I emailed Matthew Wright's agent to see if he would be interested in looking at the Forum. No reply as yet. Maybe others can ask. You can Google to find addresses.

yes, I am going through the same thing. Apparently no one can give written confirmations, which is rediculous as what come back do we have?
I spoke again today to the BB team and was just told it was noted on my file I would not be disconnected and my service would continue to the end of my mobile contract. EE are back tracking again and not wantng to put anything in writing, possibly as they have started to see the recent media coverage?...Brake_Downhill wrote: »Hi got a verbal recorded resolution last Friday evening by a manager. Was promised unlimited, uncapped and same speed BB for the remaining 22 months of my latest 2 year mobile conract. Even given some compensation money to be added to my mobile account. This was all I was after, so happy, but.....
I asked and was promised (by the Manager on 08002944747 opt. 1) for a email comfirmation ant told it would arrive on Monday morning, which would then allow me to contact OEO with the resolution and the email would allow closure of my case.
Nothing arrived Monday morning!
Phoned same person Monday evening promised Tuesday morning, no email!
Phoned same person Tuesday evening, promised Wednesday morning, no email!
Phoned same person Wednesday late afternoon, awaiting for him (BRUCE) to phone me back before 6pm as promised.
Seems hard to get a email comfiming the verbal agreement! Have you people got comfirmation by email or just settled for verbal and are hoping that in 6 months time you will not have to do all the fighting again? As for me I will not except the resoluion/ closure of my case until I,ve got it in writing!!!!!

FORGIVE MY IGNORANCE BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND YOUR POST!!!!
ORANGE ARE MIS-SELLING MOBILE CONTRACTS TO ALL CUSTOMERS WHO WERE ON THE ORIGINAL "FREE FOR LIFE BROADBAND" AND ORANGE ARE NOW TRYING TO GET CUSTOMERS TO SWITCH THEIR BT LINE TO ORANGE. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY!!:mad::mad:CONTACT OFCOM AND GET A REFERENCE NUMBER AND PHONE ORANGE EXECUTIVE OFFICE ON:08000790134
DO NOT SWITCH YOUR LINE TO ORANGE - IT IS CALLED SLAMMING.
ADVISE ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO DISOWN ORANGE AND EVERYTHINGEVERWHERE/GOING NOWHERE!!!!:T:T0 -
