Hi all

Hows things? Havent had any chance to catch up on posts over the last 3 weeks!!. Im back at work today after the holidays --- so depressing!!!

I have absolutely no idea as regards to my cycle, last month -strangly it seemed to go on for ages! so i am all out of sorts!

Have i missed any BFP??

Scoobs - just delurking to say that sometimes BFPs don't show up til later for some women, so hang in there. Are you getting spotting cos the few times Ive been later Ive had spotting for 2-3 days as a precursor to AF

MV - baby BDing is hard, got no advice, just ((hugs)), at least it only comes round once a month. Maybe abstaining from the end of your AF til the week of ov will help as your OH will naturally be up for it? My OH asks me to let him know so he can not waste his energy on non-timed BD just before fertile period..

No news for me at mo, waiting for AF, its 2 days late but I think my cycle is changing in the last few months anyway, did a HPT at 10dpo and BFN so in all likelihood AF will be here in the next couple of days!

Speaking of, I like you posting Tink so please stick around! I miss the 'regulars' when they move on! Hope your scan goes well. My SIL has hers tomorrow and she's really nervous, she had one at 9 weeks which was all good and she's having another at 14 weeks but I guess she won't relax until she gets past the 14/15 week mark as that's when she lost her last baby. Nice that the NHS are looking after her so well though, I just hope everything goes well for her!

Had a lovely long weekend in London with OH; he treated me to the everything we did bless him, which was very handy as I'd just spent all my money for the month on something big and couldn't have afforded to pay my way if he'd expected me to! We did the Harry Potter studio tour yesterday and it was brilliant! :T Can't wait until we've got kids old enough to appreciate Harry Potter!

Firefly, I went to the doctors and had a blood test then OH had to go in himself and ask for a SA (still waiting to hear from the hospital about taking it in though). Luckily the doctor I saw was more sympathetic than the guy OH saw who seemed to think that we ought to have been trying a lot longer before worrying... but I guess since I'd already started the ball rolling then he had to carry on!

Lots of positive BD vibes coming your way MV. I think it's time we evolved to have some sort of ovulation button that we could discreetly press to release an egg when our OHs are available and in the mood, then we could cut out the pressure to perform on demand. Actually, in my head I kind of visualised being about to shout "RELEASE THE EGG" at the right moment but, having thought about it a bit, a button would probably be less of a passion killer :rotfl:

As for me, I think I'm 12dpo. Maybe. Signs suggest I may have ov'd the day after the scan that confirmed my mc. I'm not SSing. Oh no. Not me :whistle: I'm aiming to test on Friday, but there is a reasonable chance of me giving into temptation before then. Like tomorrow morning, for example

I'm a bit disappointed in September's numbers though, thought we'd be in the double figures!


ETA: Oh and I also think I'm 2DPO Not too sure (am I ever?!) but it seems about right. Doesn't really matter this cycle, but I like to be at the right place on the list!
