What phone number is everyone ringing? I just rang 0870 087 0168 and after jumping through all the hoops, the electronic lady told me their offices shut at 7pm!

Had a great deal a while ago that has since expired, 400 minutes 200 texts for £35 per month on a twelve month contract, but had instant credit of £300 on my account meaning I paid nothing for nearly 9 months. However I am currently paying £35 a month with an ancient samsung phone. Was hoping to request my PAC and then push for a nokia 5800 or maybe an LG noir.

If anyone has a non 0870 number to ring I would be very grateful. Also do their offices really close so early?

Did you have hassle getting this, or did they offer it you straight away ?

    Thanks

When I rang a couple days ago, I went to mobile purchases / upgrades. They told me the best cashback deals where net cost of about £9 over 18 months.

When I rang today, I choose the menu options that took me through to disconnections / loyalty team.

I got the deal, no hassles. I said I wanted to leave, he asked what I was looking for, I said I wanted the same deal, he said he could do the same so I signed up for another year!!!

I'm going to give them a call tomorrow. I've never dialed an 0800 number from my mobile. Is it still free or is there a charge?

    :)

0800 numbers these days are usually charged if called from a mobile. If you have free minutes on your mobile, use a company like 0800 buster. You call a regular landline (e.g. 01233 450800) and then the 0800 number. You effectively call the 0800 number for free using your minutes.

    nice one!
Got the nokia 5800 on an 18 month contract, 400 min, 1000 texts and unlimited internet for £24.38 a month. Got offered this almost straight away so probably could have pushed for more, but I am quite happy. He did offer a couple of similar cashback deals but I can't be arsed with posting bills and all that nonsense :D

    600mins
    500txts
    unlimited net & wifi
    unlocked nokia 5800
    24mths

for £29 per month with £75 automatic cashback

Is this ok do you think? I wanted the deal that the poster above posted but they said this was the closest they could get. All the details are fine on the phone i want i just wanted it a bit cheeper. Am i just being greedy?

what do you think? He's calling me back at 12pm.

Personally I don't think thats a great deal, especially on a 24 month contract.

It's a rubbish deal. And "they" routinely LIE.
