Have just called "Loyalty" as I'm into the last month of my contract.
I have been on the £360 cashback 12 month contract at £30pm for the last two years and was offered the same for this year. So that's another free year for me! I'm pleased.:j
    No new phone though.

Did you have to haggle for that ? - Or was it offered straight away ?

    Thanks

It was offered straight away. I just said that I was phoning as it was nearing the end of my contract and I was considering switching to PAYG. He could see the deal I was on now and said that I could have that again, or take out a £5 per month contract with no new phone but no cashback claims. It only had the same minutes/texts roughly, so I said I'd go with the cashback deal the same as this year (and last year). He said that the contract would roll on from the next billing cycle, to claim at months 4, 8 and 12 and that was it. I didn't have to do any haggling/begging and was quite amazed that the whole thing was done within 5 minutes!

I have just finished a nice conversation on the phone with CPW O2 disconnections rep.

I got myself rather commonly mentioned on here deal that I am quite happy with:

    600 mins

    1000 texts

    Unlimited Web Browsing

18 month contract for £35 pm with cashback of £540 in total after months 6, 12, 18.

    No mobile phone included.

I will be going for this deal myself when I get around to calling them. Quick question though, are you able to change your bolt on each month or do you have to stick with what you decide at the beginning?

Got offered this for my second contract but turned it down, as I have the same deal but with £600 cashback.

    Hi,

Can anyone confirm if I upgrade my current contract with above tariff, can I just buy a new PAYG Iphone 3GS and use that with it, and get unlimited web browsing??

Will my current O2 SIM card be compatible with Iphone 3GS?

    Thanks.

    Result my son!!

For almost 2 years, I've been paying £40 per month for 600mins/500 texts but claiming 100% cashback every 4 months.

Carrying this on for a 3rd year, I'd thought would be impossible, as cashback deals are few and far between.

But called CPW O2 loyalty team and they rolled over the contract for another 12 months on the same deal! Actually, I now get 600mins and 1,000 texts.

Dont get a new phone or anything but I dont care, I have free mobile telephony!!!

Did you have hassle getting this, or did they offer it you straight away ?

    Thanks

Presumably you would need to be using the PAYG sim though which he doesn't plan to do.
