I've been lucky as well with e2save, it has gone like a dream with only one cashback to go. No good deals now so I took the £5 deal (24 months) with them (cpw o2) for my son and went with Phones4u for myself with a 12 months free deal which looks simple enough. Probably should have done this for my son as well but it's with vodaphone and he wants to stay with o2.

I'm at the same stage as you, and had no bother with E2save(except using Special Dellivery with Consequential loss) but have had loads of problems after CPW Loyalty got in touch with me..I went for a similar deal as you, only 800minutes , 1000 texts and free Internet for £10 a month for 24 months....but they lied and started my contract last month...... since then the guy i spoke to and 6 guys afterwards promised me my penultimate bill + my final bill would show my E2save tariff...lo+behild my penultimate bill came showing the tariff i wasnt supposed to be on till next week....BUT..they promise its now been changed back and my final bill will be ok...although my 30 day termination notice is now invalid as i didnt cancel but changed(they say) so i have to pay another £40 on my last bill to continue, then change my tariff when that expires...As it happens they only charged me £10 for Junes bill instead of £40...so if my last bill does arrive intact, and E2save pay my cash back, i will be no worse of..................do i believe it.....do i hell....but i'll tell you in 10 days time......

So was your line rental shown as £5 and have you received any confirmation that it will stay at £5 for the 2 years. As im thinking of taking out this offer but just want to know they are going to keep to their word.

But will probably record the call as well

My confirmation letter showed details of a "non-handset upgrade" as a O2 £20, 24 month contract.
200 mins (I'm actually getting 400 mins from month 2 but was told this wouldn't show on letter and it has been confirmed twice verbally. It was said it would be a "bolt-on" and was fully explained).
200 texts (doubled for life as long as I stay on this tariff)

So the credit is £15 per month for my "loyalty" to them. This will be credited to my account every month with no need to claim.

Good luck and if you pm me I will forward the guys direct contact number.

Just rang to cancel my previous deal (12 months: 750xnet offpeak mins and 125 txts.. Free! £300 paid into account upfront)

Was offered and accepted 18months: 75xnet mins, 250 txts + free bolt unlimited o2-o2 calls for £5 a month. (£15 loyalty discount)

Could I have pushed for more mins? To be honest I think I might be being greedy since I only needed the sim to call one or two numbers on a regular basis...
    SLC: £13000+

    Quidco
    : £
    131.24 (paid) + £0 (validated) = £131.24
    Valued Opinions
    : £75 (paid) + £52.30 (received) + £4.50 (pending) = £131.80
    StudentPanel: £25

I have been offered the following 18 month retention deal by CPW, without a new handset:

    £35 per month
600mins 1000sms - + Loyalty promo of an additional 200mins (anytime, any network)
Bolt ons - ITS, VM, Itemised Billing free (upon request)
    Redemption - £600, £200 each at months 6, 12 and 18
Therefore the monthly cost would equate to £1.67

    How does that sound?

I'm about to use this as my bargaining chip. I hope this isn't really obvious, but what is ITS and VM?

    My O2 CPW 18 month contract expired in January & I converted to a Simplicity tariff (O2£15SOQ407) 200 mins / 400 txts / free O2 to O2 / 1MB inclusive data.

Having been on this tariff now for 6 months, would like a N95 8GB on a new 18 month tariff. Since converting to Simplicity counts as an upgrade, does this mean thay only take the last 6 months into account when calculating my monthly spend?

I am prepared to go to £25 a month but ideally want to pay £20 for the same deal with a free N95 8GB.

Anybody else had problems upgrading to a new contract from Simplicity?

I'll call them later and report back how I get on.

I am negotiating with them at the mo. the best they will give me so far is £30 a month 12 months 200mins + 400 txt. perhaps if you are going for 18 months they will knock it down to £25. I am now trying to get unlimited web (like Voda and Orange are doing) but that has pushed it up to 18 months at £30. Still can't decide whether to go for it or not.

    Good Luck

Unless I'm missing something obvious, O2 CPW are now offering the N95 8GB for free on the £30 18 month tariff (400m / 500txts) as their standard website offer for new customers.

It should in theory be easy to get retentions to go down to £25 for someone requesting a PAC Code - will try tomorrow. Will probably be much harder to get data bolt ons etc thrown in though.

£30 for only 200 /400 even it is 12 months still seems a bit steep to me, given the above standard offer.
