Not sure you can use the word "integrity" where this lot are concerned! I wouldn't! If I could I wouldn't view them with the contempt which I display. It's easier to count their lies than their truths!

I have never had any problem with CFW or E2save. I usually call the 32 days before the end of contract and either they cancel my contract or for the last 2 years been given deals that is hard to refuse and in process of switching deals I have my full caskback automatically from last deal even though I was moved to the new deal on the 11th month of last contract and therefore gained £35+. Last February two of my contract was coming to the end and they offered me 12 month contract on O2 for absloutly free, CFW credited my account on the day one with full amount of cost of contract for the year. This month another one of my contract was coming to an end and they have given me 400 Min + 400 Text on 24 months contract for £5.00, not only that they moved me to the new plan a month early and save me £40.00 for the last month payment and few days later my cask back cheque turned up automatically this is why it is hard to refuse the retention deals.

May be, rather than look at CFW suspiciously, one should call them and have a friendly chat. Please remember the contract will change on the day you agree the new plan CFW system does not forward date deals or contracts.

Another safe gurad that you can take is to recored the conversation with CFW, most of modern mobile phones have voice recording facility which will recored two way phone conversation. And as other's sugested write down the time and date of conversation, with this CFW can trace the phone conversation through CFW's system and their policy is that if you were promised somthing on the phone, you will get it.

I've been lucky as well with e2save, it has gone like a dream with only one cashback to go. No good deals now so I took the £5 deal (24 months) with them (cpw o2) for my son and went with Phones4u for myself with a 12 months free deal which looks simple enough. Probably should have done this for my son as well but it's with vodaphone and he wants to stay with o2.

As soon as I get to 60 days before the contract anniversary I write a letter of notice to cancel at the end of the 12 months.
Can I ask, what do you write in the letter and what address do you send it to? What about getting a PAC?

Yes, the 400 minutes started as 200 mins for the 1st month and a 200 min bolt on for the other 23 months. The texts were 200 doubled as a bonus to 400.

So was your line rental shown as £5 and have you received any confirmation that it will stay at £5 for the 2 years. As im thinking of taking out this offer but just want to know they are going to keep to their word.

But will probably record the call as well
