Forgot to ask. Did I miss a post from katmad99 or is she still unconcious under the reception table I wonder?

    :rotfl: LOL!!!

    I'm back!
Had a fab time at the wedding (and lived to tell the tale!)

I've also had a fun few days at home seeing old friends, which is why i havent posted in so long. tried to get through all the new posts today, welcome to all the newbies and well done to all the losers/maintainers!!

I'm not even going to go near the scales today!! I've been terrible on the healthy eating front!!

Tons of food and booze at the wedding (huge meal at the afternoon reception and then a buffet at the nighttime party!! I managed to only go up to the buffet once tho, so was a bit proud secretly)

Then had three days of going out with friends for meals and drinks, can't bear to think about everything i've drunk but the list varies from the good - vodka, lime and soda - to the terrible - sugary alcopops, sambuca, malibu, and loads of wine!!! That list doesnt even come close to the true total.

Had a pub lunch with a friend (rich creamy pasta and chicken with buttery garlic bread!) and then had a whopping great indian with the OH (chicken biriani w/veg curry, onion bhaji, bombay potato, naan bread and samosas!! was super cheap tho, as it was a special discount night so the whole meal was only £8 each!!!:money: ) last night!!

SO...:p to the scales, i had an awesome time!! Day one today! Being good so far, but a friend is having a bbq tonight so instead of turning up hungry i'm going to have some dinner first to stop me getting there and gobbling up loads of burgers!!

On the topic of trying on/buying clothes (victory).....gettin one of those personal shoppers in debenhams is usually a good idea as they do all the running around so you dont egt fed up and go home! and also they will bring you things that you wouldnt normally consider wearing, like trinny and susannah say this helps you discover what shapes and styles you can wear and gets you out of your normal boring clothing routine. good luck with it!

Hope everyone is happy and healthy and enjoying the sunshine!! Kat xx

These personal shoppers that have been mentioned, has anyone here used one? I'm a bit cynical and wonder whether you need pots of money, won't they get the dearest items etc.?

    Hi all

Here's the chart for this week. Well done to everyone who lost weight this week, and to those who gained or maintained, don't give up!

There are two slimmers of the week - congratulations to Ciara and Rach! :T

I haven't included any weight losses that have been posted today, they will be included in next weeks chart. Well done Loopylass - 5lbs is an excellent first week's result for a returner. :j

    Have a great week everyone.

    LL

p.s. Thanks for clarifying things for me Rach - I wasn't sure I understood your post, and as you can see, I didn't want to post this week's chart without checking first.
    Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.3

    Hi all

Well done to all losers, maintainers.

Didn't get to get weighed today, cos back playing up and no car to get there.

Went to my ECDL class today and 3 seperate people commented on my weight loss!:D 2 said they could especially see it on my face...didn't even think I had a chubby face:rotfl: Was too busy looking at rest of my body I think:o

Anyone know syns for homemade rice pudding. Was on green day and used 6 oz pudding rice, 2 pints skimmed milk and 2 oz splenda. Was enough for 4 portions but I don't know how to work it out:o Have eaten it now and was very nice too... :rotfl:

    Right back to House.
