Whatatwit or any other Slimming World members can you help? I bought some Shape (Danone) Lasting Satisfaction yoghurts (at least I think they are yoghurts) today. Wondering if you know the Syn value of them.

Also apart from Muller Light yogs, which ones do you recommend for the taste? Preferably free of syns but I dont mind 1/2 or 1 per pot.

As ever, very grateful for any replies :).

Hi larmy - the Lasting Satisfaction yogurts are free on SW. Can't help you with other types of yogurt as I only ever buy Muller Light! Have you tried Muller Light Layers? They come in strawberry, and blackcurrant and raspberry, at 1.5 syns each, and they're a bit more of a treat.

    Just a quick one ....
Had to go to the doctors today and she weighed me
On her scales I was 1lb heavier than on mine, but it was the evening time and I was fully clothed - I usually weigh first thing in the morning totally starkers!Does anyone know what the average allowance for clothes etc is?Just interested to know what her medically calibrated scales would say if I was in the buff and not full of food and water!

    Cheers for now....

PS She did say as I got off the scales "there's no problem there - your weight is absolutely fine!" I was well chuffed - forgot about the medical stuff for a moment!
Still have about 6ish lbs to before I'm happy so will carry on with this calorie counting lark

I'm not sure what the "correct" amount is but I would allow at least 3 pounds for clothing etc. You could try weighing all of your clothing. I have done this before. Lol! I also weigh in the morning totally starkers after going to the loo and before eating or drinking :rotfl: :rotfl: and if I weigh at the end of the day I am usually 2-3 pounds heavier.

    Thanks!
That means that I'm lighter than my scales actually say!
I'll still use mine to measure the weight loss but its a bit of a motivator to carry on.

Rach I am funny sight on a tuesday at my local boots, before leaving the house I make sure that I have gone to the loo for a long time:D) all my trousers pockets are emptied, my belt gets taken off, my shoes, jacket, jumper or cardi if I am wearing one and on a go....looking down at a mass of clothes thrown down waiting with exhaled breath(that counts also:rotfl: :rotfl: ) for my efforts to be rewarded:rotfl: :rotfl:
