:hello: What a blustery afternoon!! Plant pots everywhere....

Lois Thanks for offering to start the new thread even though you do the chart as well :A . I'm not sure that I have the technical nous to be able to do the recipe links and I don't want to mess everything up.

ms_london Pleased to hear the 'good' news re your visit to the Dr and the loss of inches, you certainly sound a lot perkier :T

Ishtar I had that bug and it does make you feel quite down, don't worry about the tiny gain, it'll soon go once you start to feel brighter and get up and about :grouphug:
Honey I'm glad to see that you are feeling more motivated too :T How's the building work going? Any work being done on a home is enough to test anyone.
NekoZombie Well done, 2lbs :T .That sounds like a sensible book, because despite what everyone says about breakfast being the most important meal I just cannot eat at that time of day. I love Suffolk, the place and the people, I lived in Lowestoft for a short while many years ago and wish I'd stayed there.
Suggs Glad you had a good weekend and then straight back to day one:T

I have tried a search so sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere.

Would any kind soul be able to tell me the syn value of Morrisons vegetarian sausages and burgers? I really do prefer them to Quorn even if they are not FREE.

    Ever so grateful. :)

Morrisons Vegetarian Sausages, 6 pack, frozen 45g each

Original ½ Syn Green ½ Syn

Morrisons Meat Free Vegetarian Burgers, 4 pack, frozen 57g each

Original 1½ Syns Green 1½ Syns

I presume the Syn value is each....are the sausages nice? not tried them, but at that low syn value...I can see the eggs chips and beans calling.

Oh Whatatwit you so are not a twit for getting back to me. Thank you!

I love both of them and find them much nicer than the Quorn versions, so they are worth the extra sins. I hate the way the Quorn sausages stay pink and peeny (if you get my drift) however much you cook them.

    V. grateful to you :j

:T :j Way to go Victory - only 4lb to go, what a result :T Your weight loss and journey of it are inspiring for all that read this thread

Petrichor - the building work has begun, this week actually. I am normally a very houseproud person and at the present time my house is an absolute tip - My cream hall carpet is a dim and distant memory  I am trying to bite my tongue as I know it will get worse before it gets better but you are right - its as testing time - and, why are tradesmen so unreliable
I was feeling very motivated, avoided buns in work left over from a party on Friday, then came home, spotted the last of the Easter eggs and devoured some of it  I was so cross with myself afterwards and have put the remaining chocolate into the freezer out of harms way. If the rain stays off I might go for that run that I have been threatening. I am dead keen to go, just put off by people seeing me and the fact that I am likely to collapse after about 2 mins :D
Hi Lyndsay, whatatwit and Larmy  Welcome to the thread - tell us a little about your weight loss journey and what plan (if any)you are following - we've a right mixture on here so someone is bound to be doing the same as you.

Better go and make some dinner, you'd think I had nothing to do sitting here typing

Petrichor :naughty::D You are getting very violent these days, first the badger, then Victory's colleague - I do hope your DD hasn't been messing with the internet connection again or she might be next to get it  :rotfl:
