Yay Victory...Well done you...:j
Keep at it, you're nearly there - those last few pounds are always sooooo slow to leave, but once you're there, you'll more than likely find it really easy to stay 2 or 3 lbs under your target weight.
Not long now...as Petrichor says, certainly before the end of May, if not sooner...

Hi Lyndsay, whatatwit and Larmy  Welcome to the thread - tell us a little about your weight loss journey and what plan (if any)you are following - we've a right mixture on here so someone is bound to be doing the same as you.
I'm doing slimming world and i started for the 2nd time 3 weeks ago i so far i have lost 12.5lbs but i have got loads to lose so it always comes off quickly at first!! I am totally determined to do it this time.Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts0 -
How rude of me not to say
to larmy16, whatatwit and Lyndsay_21 in my last post, I hope you stay with us  SW is very popular here so 'Good Luck'
honey28 Sorry! I get quite carried away at timesDD is quite safe now and badger is going to go on holiday soon for a well earned rest. MrP is currently doing work in the bathroom which involves rubbing down plaster and there's nothing worse than plaster dust, it gets everywhere no matter how you cover things up - I swear I'm eating the stuff at present but at least it's calorie free.
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

[QUOTE=petrichor;5122167 then knee him in the 'nads :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: now that would be funny:rotfl: :rotfl:
My money is on you to get this last bit off by the end of Maythanks for the vote of confidence, at 1lb a week there are not enough weeks in May to see it off and also I am going to see my sis in Weymouth the next bank holiday for the weekend and this time I am going to have fish and chips:D
My kids have been told that May 31st(when the docs said the healthy eating weight loss would be over) that they can have KFC, you have never seen 2 kids so desperate to get to the end of the month:rotfl: :rotfl:
I am very distracted these days, keep watching Sky news for the safe return of Madelaine, the little girl abducted in Portugal, saw the live police press conference with such high hopes but still nothing.... nothing to what the parents are going through, just makes you appreciate your own kids, even if my teenage son should be up for adoption very soon:rotfl:0 -
I agree with you Victory. I'm not one for watching the news generally (preferring to live in an idylic bubble
) but this one has me gripped. I pray for her safe return, and can't even begin to imagine what her parents must be going through. It takes times like these sadly for us to appreciate what we have. We don't appreciate things enough and each and every one of us on this thread has a lot to be thankful for - we are looking after our health and futures by making a positive step towards losing weight and becoming healthier - well done everyone :T

Whatatwit or any other Slimming World members can you help? I bought some Shape (Danone) Lasting Satisfaction yoghurts (at least I think they are yoghurts) today. Wondering if you know the Syn value of them.
Also apart from Muller Light yogs, which ones do you recommend for the taste? Preferably free of syns but I dont mind 1/2 or 1 per pot.
As ever, very grateful for any replies.
